It was year 2003. The motorboat industry in Poland was gaining momentum.

We got into building a new motorboat brand Oceanmaster. We helped designing the first models, and kept improving. When launched, Oceanmaster offered affordable and smart motorboats perfectly suited for the Scandinavian market – and soon we were selling hundreds of boats every year. This gave us a chance to shape our design vision and we got to know what people in Scandinavia look for in a motorboat.

20 models later, with a clear vision of our design principles we decided to put all the learning into doing. To launch our own brand of boats –Northmaster. Deeply rooted in the design concepts we started shaping at Oceanmaster but with a more premium feel to it.

With Northmaster, we wanted to influence a whole boat lifecycle process. From design to shaping the mould up to figuring out the tiny details in the seating. Make the boats we love to ride. For people who reached a certain moment in life when they’re no longer in a hurry, and appreciate spending their free time closer to nature. Together with their family and friends.

Northmaster is about things that are simple and usable rather than posh. Designed for rough cold sea and people who need to feel safe wherever they decide to go. And are practical. Putting this all together the main element of our design code is making every inch on the boat serve a purpose.  It has to look good as well!

In Northmaster we love features. Smart storages in the cockpit, easy accessible sunbed with table, optional water toilet in the cabin or a pentry module outside – these are our favourites

We believe user-centered design needs technology to push us all forward. To do this we decided to blend solid shipbuilding engineering with modern solutions. Listen both to the sound of the waves and the engine. Look at some small things hidden under the hood to make Northmaster boats lighter and faster, while at the same time staying comfy and budget-friendly.

Launching April 2019, Northmaster brings the latest tech findings to the production process:

  • Deep V Air Step – unique V-shape hull cuts through the waves reaching high speed with little effort and low-power environmental-friendly engines
  • DS System (Durable Structure System) – The rigid construction of a hull manufactured using infusion technology makes it 30% lighter than regular boats without the decrease in durability and longetivity
  • Double Stapling Fins – tools to help you stay on track at high speed or taking sharp turns. You will feel in control even while cruising fast.
  • Stability and Buoyancy – all our boats are rigorously tested to meet the highest standards of independent certification body according to EU directive 2013/53/EU.

Our boats are designed for the rough northern waters so we need to ensure their standard is much higher than the regulatory limit.
